So I will provide you many different best possible solutions to deal with this issue. Just follow the steps of the given solutions.

 

Method 1:  Set the paging file size back to automatic:

This is the common solution in which you just need to set the file size back to automatic size getting. You give this Setting  the size task to window manager,let it do automatically. Just follow the steps to make the paging file size of all drive to automatic.

Step 1. Go to the Settings from the Start Menu.

Step 2. Search for “performance”.

So another solution is that just superfetch service from the service manager. Its a window function that can cause the 100% disk usage. So you disable it. Just follow the steps to disable the Superfetch.

Step 1. Open Run by pressing Windows Logo key + R. 

Step 2. Type services.msc into the Run dialog and Enter.

Step 3. In the Services window, double-click on the service named Superfetch.

Step 4. Click on Stop.

Step 5. Set Startup type to Disable. 

Step 6. Click on Apply and then Click on OK.

Step 7. Restart your Computer and thats it.  You are Done.

Method 3: Optimize your computer’s visual effects for best                                       performance:

One of the another best solution is that you optimize your computer’s visual effects for best performance . This will minimize the memory usage up to 0-25%. That is surely a best possible solution. Just follow the below given processes and enjoy.

Step 1. Right-click on the Start Menu button to open the WinX Menu.

Step 2. Click on System. 

Step 3. Click on Advanced system settings , provide the confirmation code or password (if asked).

Step 4. Click on Settings -> Performance. 

Step 5. Click on Adjust for best performance.

Step 6. Click on Apply and OK for the this window and System properties.

Step 7. Restart your Computer and that’s it.  You are Done. One thing kept in mind that close all windows before restarting the computer.

Method 4: Disable the “System and compressed memory process”:

So now coming on to the another interesting solution that is Disabling the System and compressed memory process. Just follow the steps.

Step 1. Type  Control Panel in the Window search.

Step 2. Search the Administrative Tools and go to this.

Step 3. Now open Task Scheduler. 

Step 4. Double-click on Task Schedule Library. 

Step 5. Now Double-Click on the Microsoft to expand its content and then on the Windows similarly to expand its content.

Step 6. Click on MemoryDiagnostic . 

Step 7. On the right side of window click on RunFullMemoryDiagnosticEntry , Click Disable .

Step 8.Restart the Computer.  Thats it .

Method 5: End the “Speech Runtime Executable process” :

There is a process in the computer known as  Speech Runtime Executable that is also one of the cause to the usage of the 100% drive by the System and compressed memory. Basically this process uses the large amount of computer resources and creating the usage of the drive memory. By Ending this process in the Task Manager you will get rid of this. Just follow the below given processes.

Step 1.  Search the Task Manager in the Window Search.open it.

Step 2. Click the Processes -> Speech Runtime Executable. 

Step 3. Click the End task. 

Step 4. That’s it !

If the Speech Runtime Executable process was the cause of this issue in your case, you should see the System and compressed memory process’s resource consumption go down significantly as soon as you click on End task.

Method 6: Just Check whether RAM is working properly or Not:

Now come something that is very fishy about you Computer System. The Faulted or Not Working RAM can also cause the problem of 100% Disk Usage .So for that you just check your RAM or get it checked by the Computer Engineers from the Computer Shop. If it is faulty of not in the working condition ,Just replace it. If one of the stick of the RAM is faulty it can also cause the drive usage so you better replace that faulty stick in the RAM.

Method 7: Remove or Delete Corrupt Files:
